| Stepping Stones began 2003 in Groton, CT. From 2004-2009 we supported programs for Lawrence & Memorial Hospital. In 2008 we provided support for Three Rivers Community College. Stepping Stones is owned and operated by professional educators. As educators we recognize the importance of life long learning regardless of age. We focus on the learning opportunities for children, parents, and staff. Every member of the Stepping Stones community is actively involved in their own learning. We actively participate in local community opportunities to improve and advance opportunities for parent education, early childhood professional development, and public school transition services.
